As I listened to a radio commercial, I had to laugh. The personality pushing the product was so enthusiastic that this new "health" drink, was not only helping her lose weight (a given), it was also giving her a mental edge. She was no longer impatient! Now I know that foods and drinks that contain healthy ingredients will do this for you naturally, but let's get serious. Healthy weight and mental awareness aren't imbibed, they're obtained through hard work, dedication, self-discipline, and yes patience. Don't let your children fall for slick advertising, tell them the right path to lasting results is without shortcuts, not lubricated with the false promises of snake oil.
